Trained abroad.
Built here.
I started with brows because nobody in Kingston was mapping them properly. The shape most of my clients arrived with had been copied off a phone screen: the same arch, the same tail, on every face that came through the door.
Seven years, eleven certifications and a great many faces later, my method has not changed. I measure first, I agree the shape with you before anything is applied, and I never take more than I can put back.
The pigment work came later, and it came slowly. Eighteen months of training before I touched a single paying client, because a bad brow grows back and bad microblading does not. Everything I do here is built for Caribbean skin, and I teach it the same way when I teach.
Seven
years.
One chair, one room
I opened a single treatment room off Constant Spring Road with a wax pot, a brow kit and a waiting list built entirely on Instagram.
Henna became the signature
The hybrid henna brow landed. Within a year it was my most-booked service, and the reason clients started flying in from Montego Bay.
Pigment work begins
Microblading and powder brows joined the menu after eighteen months of training abroad, with a colour approach I built specifically for Fitzpatrick IV to VI.
Teaching starts
The first one to one class. Working on someone else's face is one skill; teaching them to work on their own is another.
Seventh Avenue
Two treatment rooms on the upper level of the 7th Avenue Plaza. Still one client per room. Still no double-booking.
Four
principles.
Mapped, never guessed
Every brow begins with measurement: bone structure, asymmetry, hair growth direction. The shape is derived from your face, not copied from a reference photo.
Built for Caribbean skin
Pigment that heals true on Fitzpatrick IV to VI. Peels that treat hyperpigmentation rather than provoke it. Makeup formulated to survive Kingston humidity.
One client at a time
No double-booking, no rushing you out of the chair. The studio holds a single appointment so the room stays yours for its full length.
I teach what I do
The class runs the protocol I run on the floor. Nothing is held back, and you leave able to do it on yourself.
